Had great customer service at the West Seneca location.
Your employee Peter in the key department is a fucking asshole. He was rude to my mother, which believe me you is the worst thing a human can do. My family and myself are outraged about this. His customer service skills are fucking deplorable. I hope next time he is cutting a key, it flies out and ends up in his weiner hole. You lost a lot of customers due to this fucking shit bag asshole. I'll be letting everyone know about this experience. You might want to address Peter. This is not going away. #peterisanasshole
Before I went to Home Depot, I checked the sale paper that expires tomorrow. Two workers had no idea where the flowers I wanted might be. Got different ones but never did find what I had seen in the sale paper. Not a fan of Home Depot. However, one man did find the yard tool I needed, but other than that, not a good experience....
They receive returned items, put them back on the shelves for the public to purchase. I bought 12 mini blinds. Half were returned with parts missing or broke. I had to take some back and was told they can't check the returned items. Beware you may be buying these items. Will never shop at this store again.
