Governor of Mississippi has an executive order that mask are to be worn in all retail establishments. Your Olive Branch store is not enforcing the order. It’s a blatant disregard to the Governor’s order and little regard to your customers that are supporting your business. Management needs to enforce whether they agree or disagree. I was in there tonight to buy over $200 in paint and customers everywhere with no mask. A forklift driver, your team member, had his mask around his neck.
During an interview, Home Depot in Olive Branch MS asked me outright if I was Disabled or had a Disability that would prevent me from training to drive a fork lift. The question confused me because I was informed in the email that I was going to be interviewed for a position on the sales floor, so the question made me rethink my purpose of being there to interview for the sales floor position. I ordered a washer/ dryer stackable and the item didn’t work. I returned it, have the paperwork to prove I returned it and they refuse to credit the purchase amount back to my account. Now I have people from collections calling me asking for a payment to a item I returned over a month ago. Guess I should start take my business to Lowe’s from now on. I shopped with HD because they were Vet and police friendly. Guess they don’t like us as much as I thought. Shm
The best thing about this store is the young manager Kaleb. he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. if I could recommend any store higher it would be a super home depot
The people at the store are nice - but if there is a problem don't expect anyone to help!! Bought a dishwasher and it did not work - refused and now no information for over a week on how or when or if it will be replaced.
