I brought blinds for my patio doors one blind was missing I been trying for 3 day's to get it done they lie to me have not come yet I never go their any more 3469 Riverdale rd
I was able to find a few supplies, in and out very quickly. Cashier was very pleasant.
The customer service at this store sucks! I have been getting the run around for weeks concerning an appliance I bought there. Still under warranty but both the store and the manufacturer are giving me the blues about servicing. I wish they had the same energy when they were taking my money!
the kids Workshop is a great thing for our youth in the City of Memphis.
Customer service really stinks, it took forever to make a purchase, no employees on the floor, when she did arrive she had to work with customers on the phone, I knew exactly what refrigerator I wanted, your display is terrible, this should have been an in and out purchase but as usual, (I use to shop there quite a bit) the customer service is horrible, you just refuse to hire or either you are running your employees off !!
We have been here for 2hrs trying to get one blind cut. ONE! 3 tired kids and it still hasn’t happened. The employee has spent about 15min fumbling with the machine. And 2hrs of waiting. Ridiculous.
I go Home Depot ones or two time a week bc my husband need things from there n plus I love going with him bc I get everything for my home too
