Placed a special order for windows on 5/29/20. Wanted frosted glass because the windows were going to be installed in our bathrooms. Window specialist triple checked order before I left and said that everything looked good..even highlighted order form to demonstrate that windows would be obscured (frosted). Was told that windows would likely be ready in 2 weeks. Incredible experience with the ultimate in customer service from the staff at Home Depot! I had a 300lb box delivery from HD that was delivered by a courier and left at the bottom of my porch steps just before a storm. There was no way I could get it into the house by myself. The courier driver was on a schedule and by himself so he couldn't get it in either. I was in a jam. So thankful for Jasmine and Kristina (the Manager) for a very pleasant return experience! We purchased a lawnmower on Friday from another Home Depot location. It was an awful, and very rude experience, and we decided that we were not going back to that location again. Since we recently moved to Belton, we went to the Anderson location. It is one thing to have social distancing in place, but requiring people that have a heart condition walk farther then they are supposed to be walking due to medical conditions, unacceptable. I have always been a fan of home depot over the other options, but not any more. I will not put my health in jeopardy to shop. I want to Lowes and they were more than happy to help me and allow me to spend my money. I will NEVER recommend that anyone shop at the home depot ever!
