Awesome location - all of the staff was very friendly and happy to help make our event a success, in helping us attain blacklight equipment.
Had a great experience last night, DJ was helpful with getting a cart for the kitchen sink we had just selected from one I saw on line. Then when we were walking to checkout and Oscar offered to check us out at the Self-Check line. Both extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
I am beyond frustrated that after 3 separate calls over 3 weeks I still cannot get anyone to return a call to schedule an appointment to come to my house for a fencing estimate. On the third attempt I was told by the ProDesk, "it would happen this time".

I have had nothing but bad things with this store from them ordering wrong cabinets to my door installation being a horrible experience and taking time off of work twice and them not coming back still to finish I'm done with them
You have lost a customer for life. I will never spend one cent in your stores ever again and intend to spread the word to as many as I can to avoid your establishment entirely. You should be ashamed to advertise a slogan of "You can do it. We can help." because your incompetent, unprofessional staff do the exact opposite of the definition of help.
