This store has the best people working there. I bought a lot of bags of mulch from them and one of the bags had some termites in it. I went back to The Home Depot to get some insecticide that killed termites. In conversation with the guy that was at the checkout counter I told him what happened. He then gave me the insecticide for free. Great people!
I get great service and put smiles on people’s faces because I can bring in my dog!!
Great staff and store just do not do the curb side pick. called the number in the email no one ever answered. guy stopped at car took order number after waiting forever went into customer service and picked it up myself.
If you’re not shopping here you’re doing it wrong. This store is hands down the best, customer service is the BEST, from the management to the associates. Keep killing it! “How Doers Get More Done”
@HomeDepot the modifications you put in place to make your store safer from #covid19 made your store LESS safe than if you had done nothing. It’s ridiculous that I had to sign my name to pick up items which I ordered and paid for online. It’s also ridiculous that I had to walk all the way through your store to leave. This put me at unnecessary risk. Hire someone who understands #infectioncontrol.

The new self check out is a big pain. No cashiers, waiting line for self check out. Longline at the pro checkouts. The money you save on cashiers just cost you. I'm out.
