don't buy an appliance from here. they use a 3rd party for delivery. appliance came damaged. spent hours on the phone and at the store. go somewhere else!
I wish I would’ve checked the reviews on the store before trying to order flooring from Home Depot. Horrible experience trying to cancel a flooring order. Home Depot made us pay a $236 restocking fee for some thing we canceled. The gentleman John in the flooring department even opened more credit on my fiancé‘s credit card without his signature or approval. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with Home Depot especially this store!
On November 18, 2021, I purchased 4 rolled bales of pine straw at the Pelham store and paid $42 before tax. This was one of the biggest ripoffs Ever. The bales were very loosely bundled and those 4 bales could easily have been rolled into a single bale. If you need pine straw, do not go to Home Depot. Go to Luckie’s in Vestavia. You might pay more but you will get a lot more pine straw.Larry LunsfordHelena

Milwaukee Home Depot rules!!!
We’ve been waiting on someone to come install a hot water heater for almost a week. We were told we would have a phone call by 9 am the following morning, despite the time frame being 24-48 hours. It’s now been 5 days.
Home Depot is my go to store for all my home needs. I only have one complaint, and that is the outside salesmen walking around trying to sell you solar. Some are very aggressive and won’t take no for an answer.
Derby store is awful. Very bad experience with a delivery where there was a missing item and a wrong item. Took me a week and numerous phone calls. Finally had to go to store to pick up items myself. Totally unprofessional people working there we was told so many times that a manager wouldFollow up with me and they never did. I am a huge Home Depot fan and customer and will continue to go to orange and Stratford stores but will never go to derby store again
