Dewy in the plumbing department was a Godsend! Helped us so much and my husband was able to do the job with far less stress than ever before.

The staff at this Home Depot are the BEST. From the paint department with the world’s safest employee (Duane), to the friendly and efficient cashiers, to the flooring and appliance departments with actual workers in them (imagine!), and all of the SMART tradespeople in every aisle, we have always received the BEST customer service!
Who doesn't love Home Depot? I was once a Carpenter and I love the smell of wood, so sometimes I go just for that! I LOVE to meet new people and make friends. Yesterday, John, a Customer service rep. was just that, more than friendly.(in a good way). He was more than just doing his job. I got exactly what i needed and a great smile. The dude even had a great mustasche. What more could one ask for?

Came in to buy a new toilet seat, and when I went to grab one, a different model one that was broken fell about 6 feet on my foot between my toes and ankle and busted it up pretty good. Great start off to a Saturday at 10 am.
So we go to the depot planning on spending close to 3 grand on new doors and appliances for our new house. First we had to wait and be ignored for 15 plus minutes once we got help we were treated and spoken to very rudely the person in windows and doors belittled us for not being able to find the screen door even after we told him the sku numbers don't match then he looks and sees that we were correct he blamed the Anderson windows people .then whilst we were still trying to ask him questions he abruptly walked away to help ... read more
