Recently bought a patio set that we had to rent a truck to bring home . Turns out the umbrella which had solar lights was defective . Called the customer connection line on the patio manual , they were of no help . Called the Home Depot customer service they had a new patio umbrella hand delivered to our home . The associate even helped us put it together to make sure it worked and box up the old one . Above and beyond . Thank you to the nice gentlemen Matt in electrical. You were great !
Your customer service representives are to slim to NONE. Call for a product, customer service doesn't know NOTHING, and no employees in store to help customers. Pack up your business and leave Lisbon,CT. Totally discussed.
