Ordered a exterior door and it took a month. Was sent an email telling me order was ready and I could use curbside pick up just press on the link provided to tell store employees you are there and your order will be right out. I did that providing space I am parked along with vehicle description. 25 mins later still nothing so I try texting the number provided on sign in parking spot too... nothing.. Do not hire them to install a water heater. The company they use will double the price quoted, then they will charge you for the permit work, then you have to fight them to apply for the permit, then they leave you hanging. Worst POS company I've ever dealt with.
Would be nice when I call if someone would answer the phone and if someone does the want your name + phone number and tell you someone will call you back and that's a lie I have called and left my contact info and waited 5 hours one day with no call back another day it took 5 calls just to get someone who never called back I think I made a huge mistake spending several thousand dollars for a kitchen remodel and get treated like they are to good to talk to me again. I had a major problem with the delivery of my stove & microwave, but thanks to Paul, in appliances, he fixed everything for me & made my day. I will gladly give him 5 stars across the board any day 😊
