I'm a 68 year old woman who asked 2 different men in the lumber section to help me load 2 4x4x10's in my cart and then find someone to load them. Both pointed to where the wood was stacked and walked away. Asked a third man to help me find a loader, nothing. As I drove away the first 2 were standing at the exit doors with a 3rd clerk laughing and having a good old time. Worst customer service EVER! Going back to using Lowes.

Shout out to Becky! She stopped and offered to help us load a heavy shelf. No one ever helps us load anything at this store. Thanks Becky for doing an outstanding job.

Have the Store Manager pay attention to the Garden Shop. Have the gate open before 9:30, two days in a row. Have someone there to actually help people. It's planting season. Pay attention!! We will now drive PAST your store to go to Silverdale, where they seem to understand customer service.

One of my deliveries had 4 failed attempts. I was working with someone in charge to help fix my problem. I was told I would hear back from her by a certain time that day with a new delivery date. The next day by noon I still haven’t heard from her so I called. I was reminded again about her 10 day vacation coming up and I felt like that was her priority. Not giving my issue 100% effort caused me to ask for my money back and I’ll be buying elsewhere.
