If you want poor customer service just go to the Home Depot in Schaumburg, Joann in returns will make sure she gives it to you. I have never had a good experience at that location and now I remember why I go to the one in Elk Grove or Glendale Heights.

Went to this Home depot today 4/13/2016. We went to the paint dept. I have never seen people with so little knowledge. Time for some additional training. Went back later to ask when Steve the manager would be there and her answer was, I don't know anything. Pretty much sums up what we find at your store no knowledge of product and attitude.
Just got our Awesome New Custom Built High Quality Cabinet that is Suppose To Be All Black but UNFORTUNATELY it's not ,, The Whole thing we mentioned was we wanted the ENTIRE cabinet PURE BLACK,, The Salesman was Very Very Very Very Nice n Knowledgable,. Tom in The Planning Area Cabinet Kitchen Rep!!
