This store sucks. Staff purposely avoids helping, and ignores their customers. I had to call the customer service desk from inside the store to get any help, and then the guy tells me that I was at the wrong cutting station for what I needed cutting tells me it's on a different aisle, and then walks off. It wasn't where I was told. I've never had worse, and less attentive service in a hardware store. You'd think with Lowe's across the street, they wouldn't be so lazy.
