They do not stand by their word, a manager today told me today she doesn’t care what her employees say they are wrong, sad when their own manager basically tells you that you can’t trust her own employees, and basically tells you they don’t give a F and refuse to do anything to help you.

Service and availability was great. Got everything I needed for my project. Only thing was price match has to be big box only so I bought the Milwaukee vacuum online for about half the price. That’s company policy though and reflects in no way on this particular store.
They fire pregnant woman before they have to pay FMLA. Bad managers and HR. Horrible store.

I always shop home depot first as the products are of a higher class than other big box stores and the employees are kind and helpful. My granddaughter loves the kids workshops and enjoys saying hello to the greeters at the door.
We absolutely love the kids workshops! My son has been going for 2 years and looks forward to it every time. Last month the project was a Christmas tree ornament with a photo holder. This will really be a keepsake for years and I hope that Home Depot does more photo frame projects in the future! Additionally, this is my SO's favorite store since he can get his Ryobi tools.
Bought a BRAND new Maytag washer August 24 2017. Went to use the washer tonight, totally dead! Not the outlet because I tested it. Called the Home Depot in Racine where I bought the washer. NO HELP, all they would do is give me the Maytag Service line and offer to call it for me. I called, the service center is closed until Monday and their website says repairs are only 8-4, well I work those hours so how do you get a repair done?? I asked for a new washer they refused. $600 spent and not even two months later, broke. Poor C... read more
Sam in building was awesome....Found a solution for every issue I was having and then went above and beyond what a normal employee does.... Need more like him! I'm opening a new business in town and he made just a few things less of a headache....
