Absolutely horrible. No associates anywhere to be found. There were six registers at the return desk only one associate had to wait 15 minutes just to return one item. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. It got to be a better way.

Just love the environment and there's nissi that helped at the Conyers location today although she was on her way out.���
I'm tired of not getting reliable help at this store. Again today I took my old part and specifically asked if the new one would work and was assured 3 times that it was the same and most definitely would work. The guy in plumbing didn't more than glance at the old part and seemed to brush me off. I will return it tomorrow and start shopping at ACE Hardware when I need a plumbing part.
