overall experience ,it was a good ,a little unorganized
We have purchased boxes at this Home Depot for moving several times, and had normal experiences every time. Today, however, we went in to get our moving truck and discovered that Penske had dropped the ball a bit with my husband's truck reservation so they weren't sure if they had our truck or any truck at all. The customer service ladies were AWESOME. Several of them started calling Penske and getting on the computer trying to help figure it out. You know I worked for Home Depot for more then 15 years. They're customer service has gone down the drain. 3 different associates and all just say over there, didn't bother to get out of they're seat or off the ladder. Just sad I never gave this kind of service, always walked customers over and made sure they got what they needed...Sorry Cambray store not cutting it .�
They did not help at alllll never ever going back to that place nasty place to eat
I had to search for someone to cut my foam board, found the new guy (not authorized to use the cutter). No one responded to the intercom request. My husband was able to go across the store to find measuring tape and use his own knife to cut the board. No one came over concerned with him cutting, no one came at all. Ever.
I have no problem with the people because I know where everything is been shopping there over 10 years
