It took me a while to get help, and the restroom was a mess
Went there to pick up an order. Before I took the 2 hour drive a call was made to confirm pick-up. They said all was good to go. I get there and had to wait 45 minutes until someone helped me at the pro desk. Then while everything was getting checked off the paint was not tinted!!! They take it to paint and they said 2 hour wait. 3 hours later no paint yet. I walk back there and my paint was tinted and just on the cart!!! This was a terrible experience!!!!
They just lost a $700 sale because we asked three times to have somebody help us with patio furniture, And after 30 minutes of waiting and still nobody showing up after we asked three times, we gave up and left. Terrible experience there.
