i give it no stars our stuff was paid for on tues and we were suppose to be able to come in today our stuff would be on a cart in customer service for us to just wheel out.. We waited over an hr for our stuff it was never put on the computer to be pulled today.. the guy in customer service lied to us telling us it would only be a few mins our stuff was on a cart in the design center someone would be right up with it..He leaves and has a newbie whose job is to get the stuff ready for pickup well he showed me his hand held and... read more
Home Depot is listed as one of 8 major retailers who allow dogs. Yet walking up to the front doors of our Home Depot ( bloomsburg) I was disappointed to see a no pets sticker. This company should not be on the pet friendly list!!!!
Spent an hour to pick up a bathroom vanity, that was told the day prior, was in the last truck but yet to be unpacked. One manager set up for US to go to Wilkes Barre to pick up, 10 minutes later another manger said we could but not at the sale price???
I will never go back. Very unfortunate that an associate would treat customers the way i was treated.
Big shout out to Home Depot in Bloomsburg, who helped us with a door handle. We were doing a "pay it forward" project and needed a replacement door handle part. Home Depot had a "discontinued" door handle on display and it was the last in the store. We offered to buy it, but when they found out it was a "pay it forward" project, they donated it!! It's so nice to see a big business store going above and beyond for the little guy. Good karma all around!!! Thanks Home Depot!!!
We bought 2 gallons of Behr Premium Plus paint & primer...."guaranteed" to cover...welll.....we have 3 coats on and it is NOT covering.....SOOOOOOOO disappointing !!!! The white for the ceiling worked nicely, but the African Jungle Orange is what we're having the problem with. ......what will Home Depot do about it ?
