They have helped me out many times at this store getting material of all kinds for different projects. This is the best home improvement store in the area. Always get great service in the end and that is why I always go to this store.
With not enough tile in stock, we were told we would have to make trips to multiple Home Depot's to pick up the additional pieces needed. They refuse to do store to store, yet employees on the floor and customer service desk made comments otherwise. Frustrating experience within the store that makes me want to not want to continue doing business there. Please create policies and communicate them to all your employees, so that situations like this can be avoided.
I purchased a counter top for my kitchen on 12/3/2016, The contractor measured the counter top space on 12/20/2016. The contractor came with the counter top on 1/12/2017, and discovered that part of the counter top was not measured correctly. The contractor assured me that they would correct the measurement and be back to install the corrected counter top. The contractor came today, 1/23/2017, and the counter top was again incorrect.
