Just came back from a curbside pickup. Got an email stating my item was ready for curbside pickup. Followed directions on email but item never came out. Called twice still no item. I had to go in and wait in line at customer service to pick it up. I did curbside for a reason. I will go to the smaller chain store down the street from now on. Such incompetence
Worst service the manager Travis is not a manager, and not proactive. And they still haven’t delivered my order 2 day delivery more like 11 days don’t do express delivery.
Recommendedlove the Depot but there's really only 1 lane/2 registers open and a line wrapping around the store. They've gone far enough to limit and make people wait in line to get in but totally dropped the ball here.
I normally go to the Reading HD but they did not have the product I wanted, so I went to the Saugus HD. What a waste of time that was. So, I saw the product I wanted on the upper shelf where I needed an employee to use his machine to take it down. I walked the entire area (about 10 isles) and could not find one worker. So, I went to the front desk and she attempted to call them as well, to no avail. A total 360 from Reading HD. Saugus HD is worse than Lowe's.
by far the worst store on the northshore I have family that is an ASM at another location and know what I'm saying when I state that this store is the most unorganized in the area. Freight is not kept up with during the overnight shifts leaving empty shelves with no stock. I work as a subcontractor and at least once a week at this location something I need is not available due to the overnight freight team not keeping up with stocking the shelves.
My first big item purchase since my husband passed! Joel made it simple n easy for me :) Thank you Joel 😄

I went for a trash barrel today and while on line listed it in stock it was not on the floor. I talked to one woman, who got me Tony. She said if anyone could find it, it would be Tony. How right she was.Tony searched several areas of the store to finally find it waaay up the shelf. So high he needed to find someone with a fork lift (?). Enter Mike from lumber. Both men we very nice and very helpful. If you can't find anything make sure to ask for Tony he's the man.
Your employees are not helpful. This is based on multiple visits over the past year. They can't answer basic questions and, in some cases, refuse to help. I don't normally post negative reviews but I have lost my patience with your staff! Please make a better effort to train your employees to know what they are selling and how to serve customers.
