Four girls in customer service doing absolutely nothing while only one check out was open with a long line. They have several self serve check outs and they were also closed. Why make it so hard for me to give you my money?
Home Depot is a great store we always shop at this store, but today Hutch at returns and Cathy at checkout were so rude to me and my grandmother. Cathy said she could not understand me when obviously my English is perfect. We went to returns to get my grandmothers Tax Exempt and was just rude and had an attitude the whole time with my grandmother and practically threw her receipt at her. Maybe they are having a bad day, but that is no way to treat a customer. Another worker named Misha on the other hand did an excellent job.
