RecommendedTypically I like everything about this store. The one annoying thing I've just learned is that even though an online order is delivered to the store the morning of one day, you may have to wait 24hrs for them to process. I'll never do this again
Waiting for over 20 minutes for employee to get step ladder to bring down items too high to reach. When she finishes with the customer right before me she jumps right to the person that just walked up. She turns to me and said sorry we’re under staffed. There were more employees walking around not helping anyone or visibly doing anything. Service and selection in this store has plunged over the last two years. Been coming to this store since they built it. See you in a few minutes Menards.
I went to Home Depot early to avoid people as I am a higher risk for Covid-19. Went to self checkout to limit my contact with others and the employee proceeded to touch every item I had and scan them all, touching my stuff, my cart, the screen at the checkout, etc. Then he went to the next person and did the same thing, not washing hands or hand sanitizing. If you cannot practice safe distance and clean practices you need to close your stores.
The best, most dedicated group of associates I've ever had the privilege to work with. Thank you and congrats to you all for really living the orange life and for this corporation for exemplifying what that means. We are actually getting to LIVE the example set by our leaders

I went on 08/07/2019 to exchange a cooler. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking 30 minutes with quite a bit of frustration and aggravation in between! No one seemed to know where the coolers were located and most were unwilling to help find it. However, a VERY kind and compassionate tall young black man (I apologize, I did not get his name) in the Returns/Exchange area went above and beyond to find the cooler for me, retrieved it and did his best to make me happy.
