I am always amazed at the rude workers! I own a very busy handcrafted wood business. Spend 1000’s. Was told very rudely to get out of a isle. Kid didn’t ask if he could help me just got up in my husbands face and told him to leave the isle. Today, I needed 2x8”s. There were about 8 on the rack and 1 was useable for me. There was another pallet above. My husband asked a worker he told him to go find someone walking around. He asked another guy if he could pull it down so we could purchase atleast 5 more (over $13 a piece) if ... read more
Beyond frustrated with Home Depot service. They have costs us thousands of dollars in mistakes. From lost orders, orders being wrong, and even some faulty insulation. We have called corporate, called the stores, and continue to get hung up on and given the run around on every single attempt we have made to correct their errors. DO NOT spend your money here....they are a serious joke

Not only does my husband get most of our home improvements stuff here. We love taking our sons to the Kids WorkShops they also had free hotdogs and chips as we left today. Definitely one of our favorite times of the month. My 5 year old is always asking when can we go to Home Depot next! Thank you Home Depot!
First,could return phone calls, and second get better installers. My flooring project was such a big mess. This company is the worst ever.
I'm sure I'll get some negative feedback from this. I had Home Depot install a fence. it has taken far too long to get the job done. doesn't look good at all.
Employees were very helpful. I wasnt exactly for sure what I needed to fix the job but with their help.......
I want to thank Home Depot for giving us a new kitchen stove two days before Christmas . After leaving the VA hospital today and after they heard our septic tank had collapsed , and I was laid off , and our stove had went out. We stopped by and were given a new one. It was such a nice thing to do and was real blessing for us. Thank you and all your employees. On top of that I've been shopping and getting a 10% discount for veterans there for over ten years . what a great bunch of people
We were shopping there this afternoon because my husband received a gift card for Father's Day. When we were checking out we scratched the back to retrieve the PIN number for the card. Except we scratch it off to the point it was illegible. Kandy spent 40 minutes trying to help us figure it out and was very pleasant. We had our 5 month old son with us, she kept him very happy by talking to him while we waited on the phone with customer service. We finally got the problem taken care of.
