*Covid-19 related* My husband & I were in the Sierra Vista Home Depot on Monday, 4/27, and were absolutely appalled. Not a single employee in the entire store was taking any sort of safety precautions AT ALL. NONE of the employees were wearing masks (meanwhile, almost EVERY employee in every other store we were in wore masks, plus had safety/distancing practices & arrangments in place), no limiting of customers or ongoing cart sanitation seemed to be happening. The curbside pickup was a disappointment today. The sign at the pickup spaces lists three extensions, two didn't work at all, the third I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered, then another 10 before anybody came out. Busy morning it seems. They won't load the merchandise into your vehicle due to COVID-19, that's fine, but the person with my order was wearing neither a mask nor gloves and wanted to see my photo id, so much for social distancing. always hard to find a c.s r. have to walk all around store to get help and being part handicapped not easy. when you do find someone they point in detection to items instead of walking you to find it. and not because they are busy because I made sure of that. personal cell phone shouldn't be allowed. I have over heard conversations while I wait. thanks
Where is your staff? Went in 3 times to appliances never did find a sales person. Plus elsewhere in store found your staff (that you did have) to be flat and not out going. These things point to low grade management. Regional management open your eyes.
