The last two times I've been in I checked out in the garden center. Carlos checked me out both times. He couldn't even great me nor after I spent several hundred dollars could he even say thank you. Not one word during both transactions. Very poor customer service.
This Home Depot is by far the worst ever if I could give it zero stars I would. Their customer service is something to be desired, they could careless how you where treated or if things went as they should, they only care if they got their money from you. I will no longer give them any of my money nor recommend anyone to go there even to buy a screw.
