J I had the worst experience don't get me wrong I love the home depot but the Indio store should be closed. I was I the blinds dept. which by the way never ever has an employee in or around it. When I pressed the button that alerts someone, noone showed up for 15 minutes. Finally a guy came over to me with an attitude like I was bothering him. This Home Depot Store The first time I entered this store I was greeted with smile and treated very respectfully. We bought floor tiles and the staff were very helpful and patient as we made our decision. Once we chosen the tile, the staff helped us with mortar choice grout and tools and even saved us money with their advice. I will not hesitate on going back to this store and most certainly would recommend this store to my friends.
HORRIBLE SERVICE My wife and I came to the Indio Home Depot and could not be more upset and digusted with the staff as well as managment. We came here with a quote from another vendor for flooring and asked if they could match it or beat it. The floor manger in this section said, "Of course!" and wrote on the back of her business card the price match guarantee. We retuned a few days later to complete our order after the measuring was completed and to our surprise we had to battle for 3 HOURS to get a price match even though ... read more
RecommendedI love Home Depot.....HOWEVER, If you live near Indio/La Quinta, go to the La Quinta Home Depot. It is clean, well stocked, and well staffed. The Indio Home Depot on Jackson is none of those. They are consistently out of items and stay out for long periods of time. The staff are friendly but the store is poorly managed.
two guys were there with out a mask and I told the associates since everyone needs to wear a mask, you it's mandatory for everyone's safety. They said they couldn't do anything about the guys not wearing a mask who in fact could or could not be infected. I couldn't believe they didn't say they needed to wear masks in the store or just bought them right there!!!!!! It pissed me off that they thought they could just walk in touch products people could potentially touch and spread the virus!!!!!!!! This home depot needs to have... read more

cater to the Mexican population.....Spanish signs all over thinking American can understand.....go to Mexico and see if homedepot has all English signs in the Mexico country. .I doubt it!!!!! time for homedepot corporation to change it's American policy...
