Although the curbside pickup was great, we had to go into the store last week for additional installation items for our project. The sales associate was helpful, but right up within 2 feet of our faces and totally unaware of physical distancing. Will not go there again unless more due diligence is in practice. Home Depot, you need to take better care of your workers and customers. Look at Costco for guidance: workers are aware and wearing name tags reminding everyone to keep distance.
My husband and I recently came here to purchase some supplies for home repairs. While checking out the woman who was watching the self checkout walked up about 3 ft. from my husband and I and watched us the entire time we checked out. While we were checking out there was 3 other people checking out at registers, and yet her eyes never wavered from us. Stopped by service desk so I could have someone dispatched to help with an item that wasn’t accessible to customers ( to high, heavy and secured with a chain). Rep called the specific department to have someone rendezvous with me on aisle 9. 20 minutes passed, got stood up and left. A return to service desk to check status would have resulted in waiting even longer, as a significant line had now formed. I took my business elsewhere. I would hate to think for good, but perhaps. extremely disappointed this morning. needed to fix my sprinkler system and needed help the plumbing associate gordy didn't once offer to help when we tried to flag him down he decided to help someone else so we stood around waiting. he would just pull his phone out look at us and then walk away. so we went to the next aisle attempting to find parts ourselves. he decided to stand and chat with another employee and not once come down to see if we still needed help. not happy. poor customer service
On veterans Day I was insulted by them when asking for the military discount. I was told that they had no proof that I was a veteran even though I was wearing my military hat and had gotten the military discount there several times before. Don't waste your time with this Home Depot. They couldn't care less if you're satisfied.

Awesome staff and cashiers. Got help when we needed. Found all the items -we didn't even realize we wanted!
I just had a fantastic experience at the Kennewick location. Excellent customer service from Josh in the garden department really made my day! He not only loaded my purchases into my car, he walked my particle board to the saw at the other end of the store while I moved my car closer to the north entrance and did it all with a smile :-)
