Went to look at cabinets and scheduled in store an at home consultation. They said we should get a call within 24 hrs. Couple weeks go by no call. We called and schedule an appointment for Saturday at 10, they said we were never in the system to begin with. Saturday 10:30 no one is here we call again they said they canceled our appointment because it looked like a duplicate. Idk, how about calling us to confirm? their installers 'Superior' have the worst customer service I have ever incurred. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Lee Richardson from the Appliance Department at Home Depot, Machesney Park, Illinois was the best appliance Sales guy ever. Thorough, knowledgeable, motivated to find the answer if he didn’t know it. Great guy! So I bought a new washer & dryer. Then I walked through the greenhouse department where a younger gentleman was working named “Zach.” I had a few basic questions and the manner in which he answered and offered to go another step was admirable. A very respectful young man! It was an overall great visit!
Spent a whole lot of money here this past summer. Kelly at checkout always friendly and helpfulL. Very helpful with returns also. Thank you all! Yes. I will be back with more projects to do.
