terrible customer service all around. unprofessional and rude.
Do not do the free installation bullshit.they only care if there gonna make money an screw tho over. Took over 4 weeks for them to put in a carpet that was just the living room. There terrible
Hired Home Depot to install new sinks and countertops in all our bathrooms ... they came yesterday morning and tore out all the old .. the installer to put in new was a no show ... finally got in touch with someone around 5 pm they said they would call us at 8:00 this morning to let us know if they could come today for the install ...surprise ... no phone call ... we have no water no electricity no sinks no counters ... will NEVER go to Home Depot again !!!!
Can you PLEASE get checkers that don't chat for 5 minutes with each customer about random things. People standing in line for 10 minutes or more.

Sending a special shout out and big Thank you to the Home Depot in Firestone, CO today! With the help of some of your staff...Merle, Michelle and other gentleman and Joe (many more) our the Girl Scout Junior Troop #557 from Firestone/Frederick made special boxes and donated them to the Carbon Valley Rec./Senior Center. They will be used for Food Donations and Lost & Found boxes. Thank you again, Home Depot for helping them and the community! :)
