I walked around the kitchen design center for nearly an hour playing with soft close drawers and looking inside every fridge and NO ONE approached me at all. Not to ask if I needed help, not to say hello, nada. I spent about 20 mins comparing samples to product to find prices. Looked to my right to see two orange vested dudes with arms folded looking at me. About what I expect when I go to HD. Good job, you lived up to my expectations.
Never ever ever ever giving Home Depot in Boulder another penny ever ever. Terrible terrible store, two terrible large purchase experiences with them, not crazy, not doing a 3rd one :( Go to the Louisville store, totally different experience.
Do not buy from these people if you can avoid it. Terrible customer service. Bought a washer and dryer from them. Used the washer once before it broke. Instead of replacing it, I've been shuffled between home depot customer service, Maytag service, and a local appliance repair company. Wish I had bought from Lowes or anybody else.
Joe at the Boulder store was the greatest. My windshield wipers were not working after I had purchased new blades at the store and he came out and fixed them for me. He really went out of his way and I wanted to say thanks! Very kind person, much appreciated!

Terrible customer service from the store manager! Apparently an exchange was "my problem" as he couldn't help me!
