Devin at HD gives great Customer Service, I called to check the stock for a vanity. They had only 1 left. I asked him to save it. Devin not only had it up front at the desk waiting, I discovered this sign posted next to the display AFTER I collected the sink!!! (There was a sign with my name on the display with directions)

I recently purchased a dishwasher from you. I was told that your installers do NOT hard wire the new dishwasher. So I hired an electrician to install a 110 V box inside my cabinet. The men come to install the dishwasher yesterday and I told them the box was taken care of. They told me that 90% of their installs are hard wired. They said they have told your store they do this numerous times. Apparently, the manager has not passed this information onto their sales people. Went to buy a washing machine because our Samsung is part of the recall . When we arrived no one was in the department to help and all the Samsung washing machines they are selling are also part of the recall . After about a half hour and 2 people paging to get us help we ended up leaving and ordered it online . I'm really not sure how they stay in business with such a lack for customer service and selling recalled appliances.
We have very knowledgeable associates in every department.
