This place absolutely SUCKS! Go to Catskill instead, where they are actually helpful, instead of completely and totally USELESS!!!!!!
Just do yourself a favor and go else were you will be grateful later
My husband and I just left after being ignored for 25 minutes. We were trying to purchase vinyl flooring and a pedestal sink and we were repeatativly ignored by several employees. We made it very clear we needed assistance and they just continued to look at us and walk away. Not one employee offered any type of assistance. The worst part was not one of them was busy with another customer, apparently they just didn't feel like doing their job. So thank you but no thank you we will take our business elsewhere.
Worst place to purchase appliances from. NEVER AGAIN. Ordered a new washer and gas dryer. It was a nightmare from the beginning! My husband went to hook up the dryer to find there was no conversion kit. (From natural gas to propane). Called the store to find out they DONT sell the kit. Need to order directly from Maytag. Never once when we ordered our new set were we told this!
Since the founder of the company feels he needs to insult people, calling them stupid and such, I choose to never shop in your store again.
Rich who worked in plumbing was a big help to me and went out of his way to answer my questions!
This Home Depot is large and spacious, very well organized. The aisles are always kept neat, it is very clean and the bathrooms are spotless. The persons working here are always eager to help and make recommendations. Great location, well staffed and well stocked.
Always have what I need and for the most part everyone is helpful.
