No one was enforcing the mask policy at the front door. While the majority of people inside had masks on, between 7-10 that I saw did not, including one of the employees in the paint section who had it around his chin while he was talking to a customer and a lady who got in line directly behind me at checkout who was talking to the other people with her.
customers service is awesome there.
Honestly Home Depot is my favorite store. I like making things and they always have what I’m looking for. Some of the sales team members can be quite helpful when I don’t know how to do a project. They usually can give me a few pointers. There is one member who works near the insecticides. He usually is there when I come in and has given me great advice. I wish I knew his name for this review.
Rakesh has been very helpful to me. I am an electrician and I’m always at different Home Depot’s in the ATL Metro. I have never had anyone in all my experience to be as helpful as Rakesh. Thank you very much for your help.
Poor customer service waited for help for 30min. There was only one person that could help me with what I needed I don't believe that. Not sure if I will go to that location again.
Nobody around to ask a question,I guess everybody goes on break at the same time
