Terrible customer service on appliances. DO NOT buy appliances from them or you’ll never get them or will give up and accept them damaged. My sister tried to buy a Samsung refrig there 5 months ago. It was delivered three times damaged - we are talking visible physical damage on the outside of the frig. Today, another attempt was make and it was damaged again!!! Big shout out to Tony G. Saw me walking to the registers with a tool I needed actually stopped me to show me the same tool in a kit form for less money. This is great service. I usually shop a different HD closer to my home. This store ( Bridgeport) was my go to store for many years and despite the mileage distance it now will be again. Thank you Tony G.

Went into the store in Bridgeport on may 3rd 2020 Half the employees have no masks on Also letting customers remove masks once they are in the store Asked for manager and was told he was busy His name is jerry. Finally got to speak with JERRY the manager who didn’t seem to know what to say..and to be honest jerry shouldn’t be a manager after the conversation we had... I was at the store on April 23, 2020 Jaden Crudup took care of me in the paint department. What an awesome employee he was kind, considerate, patience. He deserves a raise. This employee made my day.
Just went to buy some flowers thinking I could checkout outdoors and reduce Covid exposure. WRONG! They are forcing everyone to USE SELF CHECKOUT AND TOUCH THE SCANNER! It’s gross! Trust me, I love this store, but it’s just about the worst place I’ve been. Staff in tight groups with no masks, not a drop of hand sanitizer in sight, and they’re not wiping anything down. Seriously guys if you’re reading this, get it together.
DO NOT BOTHER TO PATRONIZE this store if you have any expectation for a positive customer service and management experience. I’ve long patronized Home Depot and have never been more disappointed with the management. After waiting 20 minutes for one simple lumber cut I decided to stop shopping here
