Don’t rent from the tool department. They are twice as expensive as all the other leading rental companies. Tim Dunn and the rest of the staff are arrogant and have no drive for customer satisfaction. Be aware after the month mark they will send your account to collections even if communication has been made and payment is current! going for customer service, they suck
Short old guy with mustache in the paint department is incredibly rude. He has 0 people skills. I'm a person who's worked in retail before so I try to be kind to everyone, happy, and with a smile when I'm out, but this guy isn't receptive to it, he's just negative and mean. He doesn't belong in a customer-facing job cause he could easily ruin someone's day with his attitude. The taller skinnier guy who was with him was a delight, though. Made the whole exchange more pleasant.
Home Depot of Orange Park has no consideration for their customers. I asked for assistance for getting shelves that I couldn't reach off the shelves. Customer service however the woman there did call somebody to my aisle. However I still do 30 minutes I have a bad back and I have bad feet and nobody came to help therefore I returned my car to customer service till then I was going to Lowes. My boyfriend loves Home Depot.
Every time we have gone there they have multiple aisles closed off for no reason at all. There are tons of people working there but most know nothing about where something is or anything about it. They will not open the aisle up for you to get to the product you need.
