RecommendedWaited for a employee from appliances they never showed even after 3 pages, was told a manager would be there soon to help us out…. Well we never saw the manager but two great employees from lumber named Jacob and Taur came over and helped us get a stove so we could cook our Christmas dinner since our stove had stopped working. Jacob and Taur went over and beyond to help us out!!!
Unable to return a battery spent 4 hours still can't get a refund I.T. gave me the runaround bought the battery yesterday they wouldn't resolve the issue told me to come back tomorrow
we scheduled a measure and quote for floor tile installation. 2 weeks after the appt. and several phone calls later we were told they couldn't do it. we wasted 3 weeks of valuable time. never again.
Well I like any time that you need assistance they are always there to help you.. And it's a woman's play store too..
Do not trust any appliance installation from this Home Depot. They botched my dishwasher installation and did nothing to correct it.
I had a wonderful experience. A young man (Gabriel) called me on last week to inform me I purchased paint and it was still at the store. I remembered I had an emergency that day and could not stay until both cans were mixed. It has been a little over 2 weeks since my sister passed as a result of COVID-19 and paint was the farthest thing from my mind. Convenient our neighborhood Home Depot
Went to this store to buy a large rolling tool box looked at both the models that they had asked to speak to a manager 3 times her name was Nichole. She never came so the person helping us told us that becouse there were scratches all over it and the other one we could get a discount when we asked how much she said 50 percent so we said we would take it but when we were looking for the keys saw that someone had broke one of the keys off in the lock.
