RecommendedLet your employees except tips!!!! When they help customers it means something and it’s your fault we feel we can not give to someone with our own generosity. That is crap!!! It then makes your customer unhappy.

I respect the social distancing, but how inefficient is it that we order a weed whacker early in the morning online so we can just pick it up and not go in the store,paid for and asked if we could have it run our to us. they wouldn't do it! said we have to stand in the line to go in! we dont want to go in, that's why we ordered online! how about using the other entrance for curbside pick up for paid for orders and drop offs? no brainers, we're doing our part, is about some courtesy and efficiency?
I have bought from HD for many years, sad to say this store is the worst I have ever dealt with, the manager lied to me four different times in one day never again
Very slow and bad attitude at the customer service
Had a appliance fixed 4 times within warranty for same problem now it is just the run around. Why should I keep going to buy at Home Depot?
HBD i wouldn't buy nothing ever from here...i bought a shed and it said on the sign ....buy online and we will deliver and assemble......if you wasn't going to do it why advertise it......the sign didn't say if you buy it you assemble it.....maybe i need a lawyer for false advertising.....but i am returning it asap today... but i will talk to a lawyer first......
Hey, Home Depot, when did you Stop offering a veteran’s discount? We have always gotten one before and tonight we were told that you have changed your policy to you have to be active military. That’s a shame.
