This has to be THE most helpful Home Depot I’ve even shopped. At least 4 employees asked if we needed help finding something, actually DID help us find our items AND were very kind.
I shop this store often. Always someone there to help. Last visit was for the Kids Workshop “Build a Gingerbread House”. What great experience for the grandkids. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Home Depot!
This place is horrible every time you come in here there is absolutely nobody working and you asked somebody for help and everybody says I don’t work in this department you gonna have to have somebody call the guy from this department they don’t carry anything that you need barely specially in the lumber department nobody knows anything about anything ever been coming here for years to try to give him another chance and they never live up to it I always have to end up going to Menards on 81 not much better but at least they ... read more

Called three times, placed on hold 3x, no-one ever answered. I'm trying to spend my money with HD, but they're apparently not staffed to do so. I then tried to order on-line, but the lights I want are supposedly carried in store, but there's insufficient stock. HD on-line thinks I want to drive all over the Minneapolis area to pick up one light here, and one light there [and have the rest shipped to home/store some time next week]. Why doesn't your system allow for store-to-store inventory moves so that I can place an order ... read more
