Went to Home Depot a little while ago because we had a water leak under our kids shower. Ugh. Hopefully fixed now. But I left there so pissed. Out of the 30 or so employees that I saw, only two had face masks on. At least half the customers had no protection on. The customer service are was PACKED with employees and customers. I'll never shop at Home Depot again after tonight. I think you shouldn't either. I spent over 70 minutes at the paint counter (meanwhile watching 4 associates mess around with each other at the self check out, mock me, and laugh). I called the corporate number, waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally heard "customer waiting in the paint dept" and a nice man named Randy finally came to help. how about NOT using third oarty delivery companies to deliver appliances...if the store puts the wrong address on the delivery paperwork (and you dont look at it because you assume it would be correct since the Appliance salesman asked you three times) they wont deliver even though you have the receipt showing oroof of purchase. i now have an old disheasher sitting in the middle of my kitchen and the next available date for delivery is 10 days from now. Great staff, great prices. They beat Lowe’s in. It’s departments EVERY DAY.
I bought a stove. Dishwasher and microwave with installation. Been waiting forever to have them delivered. Today was the day. But the delivery man called to say he was on his way and would not hook up the stove. I am so disappointed in the sales department for lying to me. I cancelled my order
