Customer service is very poor. Workers available but everyone says see someone else.
Craig 25 in Hardware was absolutely amazing. First Depot guy to put effort into helping a customer.
Sort of odd parking... Half the good spots are taken up by plants... But this is a good big box hardware store... Then again they did somehow make it our fault that they didn't have the dryer we purchased at the warehouse physically but it was on the computer inventory. Really a manager should have stepped in and got the dryer delivered we had to go to a laundromat for like a month. I don't care about your internal politics... Why am I giving 5 stars... Home Depot and their delivery people were awful. Home Depot sent an email that our appliances were coming today. When the delivery people got here they only had one appliance and not the other. And the delivery guy said he hurt his knee so he could not help. Needless to say we are done with Home Depot. HORRIBLE experience
