One of the very best stores around. I had 2 managers that went above and beyond to help me named Tom and Anthony. Their customer service skills are second to none and they are truly a major asset to your company. Its gentlemen like these 2 that will keep me coming back to your store and a Home Depot customer for life. Very much appreciate these two guys.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible sales service in kitchen. In store we were promised sink installation included plumbing, and were told this twice during sale. This was never completed. When followed up, the same sales person denied this, and then said, that she doesn’t remember. Both my husband and I were in the sales chair when we verified twice that plumbing was included.
Lisa the manager was amazing tonight. We bought a Ryobi trimmer but it was just the head. The display had the whole set up. We came back up and she gave us a discount. 5 stars. A woman who has mastered customer service! Thanks Home Depot you are great and Lisa is a valuable asset to your management team.

Second day wasted trying to get a window installed. First attempted over a month ago, but installers said if they broke our granite countertops, I would be responsible. (And Home Depot installed the granite). The story today was the window isn’t here. Funny, it was here last month. I was going to use them for my hardwood floor installation, but not now. Absolutely ridiculous.
