Went yesterday , bailey worked with my issue!!! What a doll!!!! Super sweet!!!! Very helpful!!!! Loved her.... She found andplaced a order for me !!!!! No complaints about home depot with that service!!!!
The service desk was very under staffed! The poor girl who was working there really knew her stuff and was great but desperately needed help! I was there to pick up my order at 6PM and waited 35 minutes to get it! Also the store was very disorganized. It reminded me of a old building 19 store!
Loved it an the holloween stuff was awesome especially the jumping spider an the skelleton horse an weiner dog
Zero star if could rate them honestly. They told me my order would be ready @ 6pm waited two hours for them to tell me they couldn't location my items. Half way home they call to tell me they had located my fence. I left my house @ 630pm got home at 930. None of the employees were communicating and service were ignoring incoming calls....
Every time I go in to this store I am spoken to like I'm a complete idiot. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or if this is just how the employees deal with customers. I don't appreciate rude remarks when I say that I do not need help. Horrible customer service.
On Veterans Day lets have all the flags in the way back of the store! That shows a lot of respect for Military! Don't know what you were thinking but it hurts to have to walk past all the Christmas stuff to get to flags for people that my family have lost and for the people that are still serving in my family.
