Store was cold. The lights for the back wall were off, so the end caps and end of aisles were dark. Some employees were helpful to a point. My favorite was a man who answered a question by saying "I don't know, check on line." After he walked away we cracked up. At least he didn't pretend to know.
Horrible customer service! Employees just ignore you.
WHAT A CLUSTER F@*#, OF A DEADBOLT AND KEY SITUATION! Totally messed up my whole day. I'm a handyman. I had to work all day on this simple lock job. Had to cancel two other repairs and schedule them for the following day with ALL my other repairs. Probably won't even be able to get all of those repairs done tomorrow! I had all new kitchen appliances delivered last night and they forgot to leave my install kit for the dishwasher. I call home depot and will be delivering the kit at noon on a Sunday. That is great customer service. I will definitely be using this home depot for all my needs. You rock guys.
LOVE HOME DEPOT!!! Nick A. Montenegro's co workers surprised him with the gift of a new bike to replace the one that was stolen last nite! They are awesome!
