If I could give zero stars and put a review I would. I've been into this location several times looking for the same tool and after checking online and see they have 4 or 5 in stock (not 1 or 2) I go in to make the purchase but no one can find the tool I'm looking for yet their own system says they have 4 in stock. I ask for a manager and they stumble to get one, then when they do they won't give any information for the store or district manager. I just called to rent portable evaporative cooling units for my wedding on Saturday and was told that you don't take reservations. I was even willing to put money down to hold them for Saturday. The person was apologetic but said if I want to be guaranteed to have the units, I need to pick them up now. What a disappointment! I don't want to pay for extra days just to ensure that I have it for Saturday. Needless to say, Home Depot failed to impress me today.
Maria and Jason at the Home Depot Kids Workshop are always helpful. My son and I love coming just for the service and friendliness. If we ever move we'd still be going to the same location because of service.
I went to look at flooring with my father and 5 different employees passed by and did not even acknowledge us. There service is horrible. Went to customer service and the lady standing there glanced at me and turned the other way. After saying excuse me 3 times she just said yes. I really thought that was rude and didn't even offer to help us. I will never go here again. You just lost a $2,000 + Sale for being rude and not caring to help a customer.
