The employees don’t really have a clue when asked questions. Went in for tiles and the person had know clue what I was talking about. They should probably have some experience in certain departments. But I still would choose Home Depot over there competitors..
Very bad attitude toward the truck drivers that deliver their Freight
Art was very helpful! We are making a Rabbit run out of PVC. He help us find all the right pieces and even helped us dry build it there in The store. He went over and beyond!
I'd rather not shop there. Would rather shop Menard.
We came in to get pavers and there were very large boxed items right in front of the row of pavers that we needed. Jeff C. was a great help to us. He moved the large boxes out of the way and handed the pavers to my husband to put on our cart. If it hadn't been for Jeff we would not have been able to get what we needed. The manager should know that it was a really stupid idea to leave those large boxes right in the way of other merchandise that customers need. If they had a Menard's in this area we wouldn't even come to Home ... read more
