Worst customer service ever. I'm very close to getting a refund on my $1,500 appliance they can't seem to coordinate delivering and going elsewhere.
We are doing a huge home project so I am a frequent shopper. On two occasions I was in the tool department list in hand; male shoppers were approached and offered assistance while I was ignored. When I asked for help I was treated as an inconvenience. I am taking my money to Lowes.
Do ever have a window or door installed or order by then. Very very poor job and wind is sized wrong so falls out when opened. I was lucky i because it would have kill my kid. The door they lost twice in shipping and never could get it installed.
Can't ask for better friendly people willing to help you find anything you need! Let's see, there's, Chuck, Chuck, Ken, Glen, I just can't remember them all by name, but I know their friendly faces!
Very poor service in the window treatment department. I asked for help and was told that he could help me when he finished what he was doing--holding a warning flag for a merchandise cart. When he finished, he could not answer my questions, handed me the rack brochures and said he would have to get on the computer to give us a price and seemed very reluctant to do that. He said we could go online at home and calculate the cost. I gave up and left.
