Cooler building, very clean, good parking, good service response, cuts panel by specs, shelf stacked... close to other convenient stores... the best within my 10miles radius.

I had a list of items. NO ONE asked if I needed help finding anything. NO employees were in isles to ask for help. No one greeted me. Cashiers knew store sold Red Bull, but didn’t know where. Plants not being cared for. Shelf near register selling totally dried up & dead bonsai plants. Staff suggested that the LED bulbs I needed should be bought on Amazon. Dont buy with cash. If you return an item and oayed cash make sure you guard that receipt with your life or you cant even get store credit. This never happens at Lowes. Called a call center an did not offer any resolution when asled to speak with a supervisor the say no one is available. Gtate job Home Depot you hired the best call center to take care of your customers concerns. Ignoring requests to escalated and avoid further issues. It used to be a great store and our #1 choice for home stuff, not anymore. New management has taken this great store to the ground. Do not recommend.
