I will never do business with home depot again - I recently purchased a b b que online and tried to order installation after the fact and they refused to help stating it was too late and I didn't check the install box. Stay away and give Lowes your business, Home Deport sucks - I have spend tens of thousands with them making major appliance purchases. They acknowleged that their system has issues but agin no help this is a pathetic response from such a big public company.… See more

I visit this Home Depot in Vancouver Washington usually every 2 weeks or so. On December 10, 2021 I visited and noticed that the preferred parking for Veterans had been reduced from 4 spaces to 2 spaces. Ironically there was a banner over the cart return eluding that HD honored Vets. How is removing preferred parking spaces a demonstration of honor? I asked for the store manager and was told that they were gone, I spoke to a Store Coach, he was clueless.Glad Lowes still … See more

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This store and the people that work there have made me never want to shop at another Home Depot again. I honestly never write reviews but this experience has been awful. Because of the workers there I have items and money that I will never get back. Highly do not recommend.

the customer service at the 192nd Avenue Home Depot in Vancouver Washington is horrendous. Sarah the manager has been one of the rudest people I have yet to talk to and I'm 52 years old. I paid them to put Pergo in my house and they put it in backwards so that I have a transition strip in the middle of a room and a hallway also they didn't finish the stairs because they did not order the correct material. nobody will talk to me they literally hang up the phone or say my caseworker is not in. playing games with the customer. ... read more

The other day, we went to Home depot off Andresen by costco to get a rototiller and pick up some things for the yard. We were literally in and out, yet for some reason, two female workers were eyeballing my wife and Stepdaughter. As they were checking out, then walked past the workers, one of the ladies said, very loudly, "Social distancing... some people just don't get it!". Needless to say, that pissed me off and if I had been in that part of the store when it happened, they would have got an ear full from me! They were ex... read more

I purchased a fridge online and the price in cart was a certain amount, after I completed the purchase it showed $1000 more and the store won't honor the price. I'm so disappointed. Would not recommend shopping online, the store won't honor the sales
