Terrible experience with Home Depot's carpet service. I ordered a carpet on December 30, 2024, with installation scheduled for January 23, 2025. It was delayed by ACS, then rescheduled for February 3, 2025—only to be delayed again because the carpet **still** hasn’t been shipped. I've contacted ACS, Home Depot Customer Care, and spoke to the Pittsfield store. Everyone says they’re "working on it," but nothing has been resolved.
