We bought HD Decorator’s Collection Altura 68” Oil Rubbed Bronze Ceiling Fan. It’s lovely. The receiver was defective. Look it up - hundreds of reports. Hampton Bay/Home Decorator’s Collection have acknowledged the defect and have made available replacement receivers to HD. The “fan guy” refused to acknowledge that there was a problem, said he’d know. Then tried to push a $39 shelf sitter replacement part on me. Came today to cut some keys for my car. First employee had no idea how to use the machine. She called a guy named B. He showed up, didn’t even wanted to listen to what I had to say. Shut me off and rudely told me to go to Ace Hardware or Lowes because they don’t do this type of key. Problem: did the key last week and just needed another one to open the door of my car. I will never come back. Unprofessional.
Clean and spacious store. The staff are cheerful, courteous, and helpful.

Home Depot in Kennesaw has the absolute BEST customer service I’ve ever witnessed. It was like above Chick-fil-A grade service. I felt like I was being pampered just going to shop for stove top burners. All the girls in gardening taught me about the plants I was buying and how it’s their passion to learn about plants and they literally walked it out to my car to me. Impressed! Y’all are the sweetest!
I always have a great experience there. Now that I have a Pro Xtra account, all my purchases are online so it'll be easier to file taxes next year. Score!!
